قوانین و شرایط ارائه خدمات

۱. دامنه خدمات

خدمات ارائه‌شده بر اساس گزینه انتخابی مشتری و اطلاعاتی که پیش از شروع پروژه ارائه می‌شود انجام خواهد شد. جزئیات، محدوده کار، خروجی نهایی و زمان تحویل پس از بررسی اولیه مشخص می‌شود.

۲. اطلاعات موردنیاز

مشتری موظف است اطلاعات و مدارک موردنیاز را به‌صورت کامل، صحیح و در زمان مناسب ارائه کند. هرگونه تأخیر یا نقص در ارائه اطلاعات می‌تواند بر زمان تحویل و کیفیت نتیجه نهایی تأثیر بگذارد.

۳. صحت اطلاعات

تمام تحلیل‌ها، محاسبات، پیش‌بینی‌ها و پیشنهادها بر اساس اطلاعات ارائه‌شده توسط مشتری تهیه می‌شوند. مسئولیت صحت و کامل‌بودن این اطلاعات بر عهده مشتری است.

۴. زمان تحویل

زمان تحویل به نوع خدمت، حجم پروژه و زمان دریافت مدارک بستگی دارد. زمان‌بندی نهایی پس از بررسی درخواست با مشتری هماهنگ خواهد شد.

۵. اصلاحات

تعداد و محدوده اصلاحات پیش از شروع پروژه تعیین می‌شود. تغییر اساسی در موضوع، دامنه یا اطلاعات پروژه ممکن است به زمان و هزینه اضافی نیاز داشته باشد.

۶. ارتباطات

جلسات، پرسش‌ها و تبادل مدارک از طریق روش ارتباطی مورد توافق انجام می‌شود. مشتری باید پیام‌ها و درخواست‌های مربوط به پروژه را در زمان مناسب پاسخ دهد.

۷. محرمانگی

اطلاعات و مدارک مشتری محرمانه تلقی می‌شوند و بدون اجازه او در اختیار اشخاص ثالث قرار نخواهند گرفت، مگر در مواردی که قانون الزام کرده باشد.

۸. عدم تضمین نتیجه

تهیه بیزنس پلن، مدل مالی یا گزارش تحلیلی به‌معنای تضمین دریافت وام، جذب سرمایه‌گذار، سودآوری کسب‌وکار یا پذیرش توسط بانک، سازمان یا سرمایه‌گذار نیست. تصمیم نهایی همیشه بر عهده نهاد یا شخص مربوطه است.

۹. محدودیت خدمات

این خدمات جایگزین خدمات حقوقی، حسابرسی، مالیاتی یا مشاوره سرمایه‌گذاری دارای مجوز نیست. در صورت نیاز، مشتری باید با متخصص دارای صلاحیت در حوزه مربوطه مشورت کند.

۱۰. لغو و بازپرداخت

هرگونه لغو یا درخواست بازپرداخت مطابق مقررات ثبت‌شده در Best Pars و با توجه به میزان کاری که تا زمان لغو انجام شده است بررسی خواهد شد.

ثبت سفارش به‌معنای مطالعه و پذیرش این قوانین و شرایط است.

Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Scope of Service

The service will be delivered according to the option selected by the client and the information provided before the project begins. The scope, deliverables, and expected completion time will be confirmed following the initial review.

2. Required Information

The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and documents. Missing or delayed information may affect the delivery schedule and the quality of the final work.

3. Accuracy of Information

All analyses, calculations, forecasts, and recommendations are prepared using information provided by the client. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the selected service, the complexity of the project, and when all required documents are received. The final schedule will be confirmed with the client.

5. Revisions

The number and scope of included revisions will be established before work begins. Material changes to the project’s subject, scope, or underlying information may require additional time and fees.

6. Communication

Meetings, questions, and document exchanges will take place through the agreed communication method. The client is expected to respond to project-related requests within a reasonable period.

7. Confidentiality

Client information and documents will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

A business plan, financial model, or analytical report does not guarantee financing, investment, business profitability, or acceptance by a bank, organization, or investor. Final decisions remain with the relevant third party.

9. Service Limitations

These services do not replace licensed legal, audit, tax, or investment-advisory services. Clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional when such advice is required.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be considered according to the applicable Best Pars policies and the amount of work completed before cancellation.

Placing an order confirms that the client has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
