SERVICE RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Best Pars operates an online marketplace connecting Clients with independent Vendors.
Each Vendor establishes the cancellation, rescheduling, return and refund policy applicable to their products or services, subject to applicable law and Best Pars Platform requirements.
Best Pars will review reported concerns, communicate with the parties and make reasonable efforts to facilitate a fair resolution. However, the Vendor remains responsible for the service and application of the Vendor’s disclosed policy.
- REVIEW THE VENDOR’S POLICY
Before purchasing, Clients should review:
• The service description.
• Cancellation conditions.
• Rescheduling conditions.
• Refund eligibility.
• Missed-appointment rules.
• Delivery or completion time.
• Package or milestone conditions.
Vendor policies may differ because products and services vary in nature.
- THE 14-DAY PROBLEM-REPORTING PERIOD
Clients should inspect the completed service or deliverable and report any problem within 14 calendar days after:
• The order is marked completed; or
• The service or deliverable is provided,
whichever occurs later.
The Client should report the concern through the Platform or contact both the Vendor and Best Pars so that the report is properly recorded.
For separately completed milestones, appointments or deliverables, a separate reporting period may apply to each completed part where clearly disclosed.
- WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE 14 DAYS
During the reporting period:
• Vendor earnings may remain unreleased.
• The Client may report non-delivery, incomplete delivery or another transaction problem.
• Best Pars may request information from the Client and Vendor.
• Best Pars may delay payment release while reviewing a reported concern.
If no problem is reported within 14 calendar days, Best Pars may treat the transaction as completed and release the Vendor’s eligible earnings.
- REPORTS AFTER 14 DAYS
Best Pars may still review a late report where reasonably appropriate.
However, after the 14-day period:
• Vendor earnings may already have been released.
• Best Pars may no longer be able to withhold the payment.
• A reversal or refund may require Vendor authorization or payment-provider involvement.
• Best Pars does not guarantee that a refund can be issued.
The 14-day reporting period does not limit mandatory consumer rights, valid payment-card rights, claims involving fraud or any remedy that cannot legally be waived.
- CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SERVICE
Cancellation eligibility depends on the Vendor’s disclosed policy.
A Vendor policy may establish:
• A cancellation deadline.
• A non-refundable booking or intake fee.
• A late-cancellation charge.
• Rescheduling as an alternative to cancellation.
• Special conditions for packages or customized work.
Clients should cancel through the method stated in the booking or Vendor policy and keep a record of the request.
- MISSED APPOINTMENTS
A missed appointment or late arrival may be non-refundable where this condition was clearly disclosed before purchase.
The Vendor may choose to offer rescheduling or another accommodation but is not automatically required to do so unless required by the applicable policy or law.
- SERVICES ALREADY STARTED OR COMPLETED
A service may be partially or fully non-refundable after:
• Work has begun.
• An appointment has occurred.
• A consultation has been provided.
• A customized deliverable has been created.
• Digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
• The service has been completed.
Any restriction must be clearly disclosed and remain subject to applicable law.
- PACKAGES AND MULTI-SESSION SERVICES
Packages may include special cancellation and refund conditions.
The Vendor’s policy should explain:
• Whether individual sessions can be cancelled.
• Whether used sessions are recalculated at the regular individual rate.
• Whether unused sessions are refundable.
• Any package expiry date.
• Whether the package can be transferred.
• When each session is considered completed.
If a separate 14-day period applies to each completed session or milestone, that arrangement should be disclosed in the package terms.
- NON-DELIVERY OR INCOMPLETE SERVICE
Clients should report promptly if:
• The Vendor does not provide the purchased service.
• The Vendor misses an appointment without rescheduling.
• A required deliverable is not provided.
• The delivered service materially differs from the listing.
Best Pars may request supporting information and delay Vendor payment while reviewing the issue.
- HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR RESOLUTION
The Client should first contact the Vendor and provide:
• Order number.
• Date of purchase.
• Service or product name.
• Description of the concern.
• Requested resolution.
• Relevant communications or evidence.
If the Vendor does not resolve the issue, the Client may contact Best Pars at support@bestpars.com.
- BEST PARS REVIEW
Best Pars may review:
• The listing and Vendor policy.
• Order and payment records.
• Messages between the parties.
• Appointment records.
• Evidence of delivery or completion.
• The date the concern was reported.
• Applicable payment-provider requirements.
• Applicable law.
Best Pars may facilitate communication, delay payout, assist with an authorized refund or take other reasonable Platform-related action.
Best Pars does not act as a court, arbitrator or professional regulator.
- APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on:
• Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider.
• The Client’s bank or card issuer.
• Weekends and holidays.
• Currency conversion.
• Fraud or compliance reviews.
Best Pars cannot guarantee the date on which an approved refund will appear in the Client’s account.
- PARTIAL REFUNDS
A partial refund may be appropriate where:
• Part of a service was completed.
• Some package sessions were used.
• A portion of a deliverable was accepted.
• The Vendor’s disclosed policy permits a partial refund.
• The parties agree to another reasonable adjustment.
- PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Clients should contact the Vendor and Best Pars before submitting a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
This allows Best Pars an opportunity to review the transaction and facilitate a resolution.
Fraudulent or knowingly false chargebacks are prohibited.
Nothing in this section prevents a Client from exercising legitimate payment-card or legal rights.
- TAXES AND CURRENCY
Where a refund is approved, the treatment of applicable transaction taxes will follow legal and payment-processing requirements.
Currency-conversion differences or foreign-transaction fees charged by a Client’s financial institution may not be refundable by Best Pars.
- EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this Policy eliminates or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Where a Vendor policy conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection law, the applicable law will prevail.
