قوانین و شرایط آموزش

• سطح فعلی، هدف و نیازهای آموزشی شما پیش از شروع بررسی می‌شود تا محتوای جلسات متناسب با نیازتان تنظیم شود.

• زمان و تعداد جلسات با توافق مدرس و دانشجو مشخص خواهد شد. لطفاً در زمان تعیین‌شده در جلسه حاضر شوید.

• برای تغییر یا لغو جلسه، حداقل ۲۴ ساعت قبل اطلاع دهید. جلسه‌ای که بدون اطلاع قبلی از دست برود، ممکن است برگزارشده محسوب شود.

• داشتن کامپیوتر مناسب، اینترنت پایدار و نسخه قابل‌استفاده و قانونی نرم‌افزار بر عهده دانشجو است.

• سرعت پیشرفت به سطح اولیه، تعداد جلسات و میزان تمرین دانشجو بستگی دارد؛ بنابراین نتیجه یا سطح مشخصی تضمین نمی‌شود.

• در آموزش پروژه‌محور، دانشجو باید اطلاعات و ابعاد صحیح پروژه را ارائه دهد. راهنمایی آموزشی به‌معنای تأیید رسمی مهندسی یا ایمنی پروژه نیست.

• فایل‌ها و محتوای آموزشی فقط برای استفاده شخصی دانشجو هستند و بدون اجازه مدرس نباید ضبط، منتشر، فروخته یا در اختیار دیگران قرار گیرند.

• اطلاعات و فایل‌های دانشجو محرمانه باقی می‌مانند.

• لغو سفارش و بازپرداخت بر اساس شرایط محصول و مقررات Best Pars بررسی می‌شود.

ثبت سفارش به‌معنای پذیرش این قوانین و شرایط است.

Training Terms and Conditions

• Your current skill level, objectives, and training needs will be reviewed before the course begins so the lessons can be tailored to you.

• The schedule and number of sessions will be agreed upon by the instructor and student. Please attend each session on time.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. A session missed without notice may be considered completed.

• The student is responsible for having a suitable computer, stable internet connection, and a functional, legally licensed version of the required software.

• Progress depends on the student’s starting level, number of sessions, and practice. A specific result or skill level cannot be guaranteed.

• For project-based training, the student must provide accurate project information and dimensions. Educational guidance does not constitute formal engineering or safety approval.

• Training files and materials are for the student’s personal use and may not be recorded, published, sold, or shared without the instructor’s permission.

• Student information and project files will be kept confidential.

• Cancellations and refunds will be reviewed according to the product terms and applicable Best Pars policies.
