3. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure that all shipment information (recipient details, package content, weight, etc.) is accurate.

• Prohibited or restricted items (as per local and international regulations) must not be shipped through our service.

• Canmur is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the sender.

4. Payment and Charges
All service charges must be paid in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees are the responsibility of the recipient or sender.

5. Liability
Canmur’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including delays, loss of profit, or business interruption.

6. Claims and Refunds
Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be reported within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). All claims are subject to review and documentation requirements.

شرایط و ضوابط استفاده از خدمات Canmur

۱. مقدمه
به وب‌سایت Canmur خوش آمدید. استفاده از خدمات و محتوای این وب‌سایت به معنای پذیرش کامل شرایط و ضوابط زیر است. لطفاً پیش از استفاده از خدمات، این مفاد را با دقت مطالعه نمایید.

۲. خدمات ما
Canmur ارائه‌دهنده خدمات حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و داخلی، فریت بار و پست سریع (Courier) است. نوع خدمات، هزینه‌ها و زمان تحویل بسته به مقصد، نوع محموله و شرایط شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل ممکن است متفاوت باشد.

۳. مسئولیت کاربران

• کاربر موظف است اطلاعات دقیق و کامل مربوط به محموله (نام گیرنده، آدرس، وزن، محتوا و…) را ارائه کند.

• ارسال کالاهای ممنوعه یا محدودشده مطابق قوانین محلی و بین‌المللی، اکیداً ممنوع است.

• در صورت ارائه اطلاعات نادرست یا ناقص از سوی فرستنده، Canmur هیچ‌گونه مسئولیتی در قبال تأخیر، خسارت یا مفقودی محموله ندارد.

۴. پرداخت و هزینه‌ها
کلیه هزینه‌ها باید قبل از ارسال تسویه شود مگر در مواردی که توافق خاصی صورت گرفته باشد. عوارض گمرکی، مالیات واردات و هزینه‌های محلی به عهده فرستنده یا گیرنده است.

۵. مسئولیت شرکت
مسئولیت Canmur تنها تا میزان ارزش اظهارشده محموله محدود می‌شود. این شرکت در قبال خسارات غیرمستقیم، تأخیر در تحویل، از دست رفتن سود یا زیان‌های تجاری مسئولیتی ندارد.

۶. شکایات و بازپرداخت
کلیه شکایات مربوط به مفقودی، خسارت یا تأخیر باید حداکثر تا ۷ روز پس از تحویل (یا زمان تحویل پیش‌بینی‌شده) اعلام شود. بررسی شکایات نیازمند ارائه مستندات و مدارک مربوطه است.

۷. حریم خصوصی و حفاظت از داده‌ها
اطلاعات شخصی کاربران تنها برای انجام فرآیند ارسال، ارتباط با مشتری و خدمات پس از فروش استفاده می‌شود و مطابق با سیاست حریم خصوصی شرکت حفظ خواهد شد.

۸. تغییر در شرایط
Canmur این حق را برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد که در هر زمان شرایط و ضوابط را بدون اطلاع قبلی تغییر دهد. نسخه به‌روزشده در همین صفحه منتشر خواهد شد.

۹. قانون حاکم
این شرایط و ضوابط مطابق با قوانین کشور کانادا تنظیم و تفسیر می‌گردد.
