۱. مشتری باید اطلاعات و مدارک موجود پروژه را تا حد امکان کامل و دقیق ارائه کند.

۲. مشاوره و بررسی اولیه فقط بر اساس اطلاعاتی انجام می‌شود که مشتری ارائه کرده است. اطلاعات ناقص یا تغییرات بعدی پروژه می‌تواند نتیجه بررسی را تغییر دهد.

۳. مدت جلسه و محدوده بررسی مدارک پیش از شروع مشخص می‌شود. بررسی‌های گسترده‌تر یا تهیه برآورد تفصیلی ممکن است هزینه جداگانه داشته باشد.

۴. این خدمت برای راهنمایی و تصمیم‌گیری اولیه ارائه می‌شود و تضمین‌کننده هزینه نهایی اجرای پروژه نیست.

۵. این خدمت شامل طراحی مهندسی مهرشده، بازرسی حضوری، اخذ مجوز، مشاوره حقوقی یا اجرای عملیات ساختمانی نیست؛ مگر اینکه جداگانه و کتبی توافق شود.

۶. مسئولیت تصمیم نهایی، انتخاب پیمانکار، تأیید قیمت‌ها و بررسی الزامات قانونی یا شهرداری بر عهده مشتری است.

۷. تغییر زمان جلسه با هماهنگی قبلی امکان‌پذیر است. پس از برگزاری جلسه یا شروع بررسی مدارک، مبلغ پرداخت‌شده قابل استرداد نیست.

۸. اطلاعات و مدارک مشتری محرمانه تلقی شده و فقط برای ارائه خدمت درخواست‌شده استفاده می‌شود.

1. The customer must provide the available project information and documents as completely and accurately as possible.
2. The consultation and preliminary review are based only on the information supplied. Missing information or later project changes may affect the findings.
3. The consultation duration and document-review scope will be confirmed before work begins. Detailed estimating or extensive review may require a separate fee.
4. This service supports preliminary planning and decision-making and does not guarantee the final construction cost.
5. Unless separately agreed in writing, the service does not include stamped engineering design, site inspection, permit services, legal advice or construction work.
6. The customer remains responsible for final decisions, contractor selection, price confirmation and applicable legal or municipal requirements.
7. An appointment may be rescheduled with advance notice. After the consultation or document review has started, the payment is non-refundable.
8. Customer information and documents will be treated as confidential and used only to provide the requested service.
